Questions to settle before we speak

What should I bring to the call?

The systems your company uses, roughly how far back the records go, and what you want answered. An estimate is enough. No files, exports or customer lists are needed.

Who decides what the data is worth?

PolyShares evaluates the record and decides whether to make an offer. Darwin coordinates the introduction; we do not price your records or promise a valuation.

Do I have to share data to have this call?

No. This application collects company context only. Any later evaluation or data access must be discussed separately, with its scope and permissions understood.

What would I be agreeing to?

Booking is an exploratory conversation. If a licensing offer follows, review its systems, permitted uses, term, exclusivity and payment conditions before deciding. The call commits you to none of those terms.

How is Darwin paid?

Darwin works through a referral relationship with PolyShares. Compensation depends on the applicable transaction terms. There is no charge for this first conversation.

Can I speak with PolyShares directly?

Yes. PolyShares has its own intake. Darwin is useful if you want to talk through fit and the first questions before taking an opportunity into that process.

Bring a rough picture of your records.

System names, an estimate of retained history, and the questions you want answered. You do not need to export anything.
