Inquiry privacy

Darwin uses the name, email, optional phone number, company information and operating-record summary you submit to assess your inquiry, contact you and manage follow-up. Referral and campaign identifiers help us record how an inquiry reached us. If you book, the embedded Calendly scheduler receives the name and email you supplied to pre-fill your booking. Calendly manages the appointment and invitation; its booking-event references may be retained with your inquiry for reconciliation.

Inquiry records are stored using Cloudflare and Airtable and are available to Darwin’s authorized operators. We do not ask for raw datasets, customer lists, passwords or account access through this form.

Submitting this form does not grant permission to disclose your information or operating records to a buyer. Any proposed buyer handoff and its scope will be discussed separately.

Marketing updates are optional. You can ask us to correct or remove your inquiry, stop contacting you, or withdraw marketing permission by replying to our follow-up. Inquiry information is used for the ongoing business conversation. You may request removal when you no longer wish to proceed.
